Tuition and Payment for the 2011-2012 School Year
Pre-Kindergarten: $19,290
Junior Kindergarten: $25,390
Kindergarten: $36,760
Grades 1 – 12 : $37,395
This includes all fees, lunch, textbooks, instructional materials and required class trips.
Important Deadlines
March 12th
A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is due in order to reserve a place for the next academic year. The deposit is credited to the second semester tuition.
June 1st
60% of tuition is due. No student will be admitted to school if tuition has not been paid.
December 1st
The remaining 40% of tuition is due, less the $5,000 deposit. No student will be admitted to school for the second semester if tuition has not been paid.
Financial Aid
In Kindergarten through Grade 12, financial aid is available to new families unable to meet full tuition costs on the basis of demonstrated need. There is no aid available for students in Pre-Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten. Requests for tuition assistance should be indicated at the time of application for admission. Students who initially enrolled in Kindergarten and above without a financial aid package are eligible to apply for aid after two full years of enrollment at Sacred Heart.
Families applying for financial aid must follow these two steps:
1) Complete the TADS financial aid application by clicking the link below (starting October 1st):
2) Submit the following supporting documentation to TADS via mail or fax prior to the application deadline of December 1st, 2011:
*Household members' most recently completed federal tax forms (personal and business owned)
*W-2's from each job held by household members
*Most recent pay stub from each job held by household members
*Documents that establish the amount of miscellaneous monthly or yearly income you currently receive (i.e. welfare, food stamps, unemployment, workers' compensation, etc.)
*All corporate, partnership, and trust forms if a household member owns 20% or more interest in a corporation, partnership or trust
