Programs for adults and their families. All aquatics activities are held at 406 E 91st Street in Manhattan.
Family Swim is a membership afforded to families affiliated with Sacred Heart. Eligible members include parents and children, faculty, staff, and alumnae. Adults may swim laps for exercise or simply bring their families poolside for some quiet time poolside through games and relaxing moments together. Family Swim operates year-round on Saturdays from 1:00-3:00pm and Sundays from 3:00-5:00pm (subject to the facility being open). Click here
Masters Swim Club
The Masters Swim Club at Sacred Heart is an adult-only aquatics program open to any swimmers over the age of 22. The spring session runs January 13-May 25 and holds practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-7:30am, Wednesdays 12:00-1:00pm, Fridays 8:00-9:00pm, Saturdays 11:00am-12:00pm, and Sundays 34:00-5:00pm. Coaches are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays to provide workouts, offer technical feedback, and discuss exercise plans. Participants from all skill levels include former competitive swimmers, triathletes, aqua-joggers, and recreational athletes. Click here

Adult Swim Lessons
The Convent of the Sacred Heart teaches adults to swim too! Instructors work with clients on everything from basic swim technique to advanced racing skills. Triathletes welcome too. Sessions are one hour and may be purchased in packages of three or six by clicking here
Come enjoy working out in the pool without swimming laps! An experienced instructor will lead clients in one-hour classes through full-body, low-impact exercises. Classes begin March 5 and be held Sundays 3:00-4:00pm. Click here
