Twenty-two students won recognition for their artwork in the 2016 Scholastic Art Awards, with six students winning regional Gold Key awards and nine students winning regional Silver Key awards! The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards are presented by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, an organization whose mission is to identify students with exceptional artistic and literary talent and present their remarkable work to the world. Congratulations to all of our student artists and their teachers: Sarah Cricco, Emily Palmer, Dan Slabonik, and Visual Arts Department Chair Mary Haling.
