Alumnae Welcome
Fall 2024
Dear Sacred Heart Alumnae Community,
I’m delighted to welcome you to the alumnae section of our school website! Last May marked a significant milestone for me—20 years working at Sacred Heart! Adding my 12 years as a student at 91st Street, I’ve spent 32+ meaningful years within these beautiful, landmarked buildings. Ninety-first Street has always been more than a workplace; it’s a community and a second home. I’m deeply grateful for the friendships, experiences, and connections I’ve made here, and I feel honored to be part of this vibrant community dedicated to educating young women who make a difference in the world.
To keep you connected, even remotely, we invite you to check our calendar of events, join our private alumnae LinkedIn group, and connect on Facebook. These platforms offer dedicated spaces to reconnect with friends, network professionally, and maintain strong personal and professional ties with the entire 91st Street family.
We would love to hear from you! Whether you’ve relocated, started a new job, welcomed a family addition, taken on new volunteer roles, or enjoyed a memorable travel experience, please let us know. A quick email to alumnae@cshnyc.org or a call to our office will ensure your update appears in the next edition of Les Amies. And if you’re visiting an affiliate school elsewhere, be sure to snap a photo with Mater Admirabilis and share it with us for our “Mater Around the Globe” feature in our annual alumnae magazine!
Your presence at alumnae events and support of the Alumnae Annual Fund mean so much to us. To deepen your connection, we welcome you to get involved as a volunteer. From reunion planning and spiritual events to diversity initiatives and professional networking, we’re always grateful for new hands and ideas. If you’d like to join a committee or volunteer for an event, simply email us to let us know!
As we grow and evolve, I’m thrilled to welcome Fleur Lennox, Class of 2017, to our Advancement and Alumnae team. Fleur’s enthusiasm, dedication, and deep love for Sacred Heart make her a wonderful addition, and she’s excited to support and connect with each of you in our alumnae community.
As written in Life at the Sacred Heart, “Wherever you go, whatever road you travel, you will always find a home at the Sacred Heart.” I hope you’ll come back often to visit and feel right at home. I would love the chance to show you around and share all that’s happening at 91st Street. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me in the Alumnae Office to arrange a visit.
