Aquatics
Welcome to the webpage for the Aquatics Department at Convent of the Sacred Heart! Our aquatics programming provides students, athletes, and adults with the necessary swimming skills to be safe and active in the water. We believe that each individual possesses unique gifts, talents, and interests. Our goal is to unearth and nurture those gifts, grow confidence and provide an opportunity to thrive in water-based activities. To achieve this, we provide a myriad of high quality, health-beneficial experiences in water-based recreation and exercise with an emphasis on water safety.
