A staff dedicated to our student-athletes.

The CSH athletics staff, whether full-time administrators or coaches, are passionate about their role in helping student-athletes aspire to high achievement and achieve their potential. This is all done while recognizing that students have many responsibilities, and the focus always remains on the whole child.

It is the highest priority to ensure that we get the hiring, training and development of our coaching staff right because it is the most important aspect of the program. While over 70% of our coaches are year-round faculty members, all coaches are educated on the mission and goals and criteria of Sacred Heart schools. We seek out coaching staff who are effective communicators and motivators and knowledgeable in their sport with either college playing or coaching experience.
