A camp experience like no other.

Campers will explore the amazing concrete jungle that is New York City with two veteran Sacred Heart teachers! For over 15 years, All Around Town Camp has utilized the incredible cultural resources here in the city to enrich and educate campers year after year. Limited enrollment forms an intimate group, where students make lasting memories with their fellow schoolmates across grade levels. Drama teacher and Chair of Performing Arts, Mrs. Ashley, and Lower School Reading Specialist, Ms. Quintanilla, thoughtfully design three weeks of uniquely executed field trips around The Big Apple. From scavenger hunts at the New York Aquarium and The Museum of the American Indian, to spotting poison ivy with an Urban Park Ranger in Central Park and budgeting their purchases at Dylan’s Candy Bar, students experience favorite institutions with a brand new lens. Traveling by private bus or walking to the many museums nearby, campers embark on a new adventure each day. Most trips end with a bonus activity- taking advantage of New York’s many fabulous playgrounds! All Around Towners are invited to wear swimsuits and play in the sprinklers on hot days. Weekly frozen treats and daily snacks are provided.

Following extensive interviewing, each employee is put through a rigorous background check, fingerprinting and staff orientation to ensure your children are placed with the best adult supervision possible.
