Fourth Graders Take on New Roles

Fourth graders today accepted new responsibilities as leaders of the Lower School in a special assembly in the Chapel.

Intended to serve the Lower School community, assigned duties ranged from leading the Pledge of Allegiance at morning prayers to escorting the Head of School Dr. Joseph Ciancaglini to the Lower School weekly mass. As Head of Lower School Amy Pacula read their names aloud, each student proudly walked to the front of the room to shake hands with Dr. Ciancaglini and receive a pin in honor of her new role.

Half of the grade received their charges today; these charges will be assumed by the other half of the grade next semester.
